NFCO. custom digital print PUL is great value and amazing quality.

Our PUL fabric is lovely and soft with a great durable density, making it strong and reliable whilst still functional and pliable for our more sensitive makes.

PUL is a polyester fabric, backed with a waterproof laminate coating. It is used a lot to make cloth nappies but can also be used to make bibs, art smocks, bed wetter sheets, training pants, menstrual and breast pads, carseat covers, pram liners, baby change mats and so much more.

COMPOSITION: 100% polyester with a waterproof Polyurethane laminate bonding to the underside.

WIDTH: 145-150cm

GSM/WEIGHT: 180 gsm

Sold per half metre - 1 unit = 1/2 metre (normally we always try to overcut our PUL to accomodate some longer nappy patterns, but this is not to be expected)

Multiple metres will be cut in a continuous length when possible. If a continuous run is not possible, we will contact you prior to sending your order.

Recommended Washing:

-Warm wash up to 60°C

-Do not bleach

-Preferred line dry, out of direct sunlight

-Do not iron

Please note: that whilst PUL can be laundered on a 90°C wash and tumble dried, we do not recommend that you do so as it may not immediately affect the fabric, but will deteriorate its integrity and shorten its lifespan.

Please note: due to the manufacturing process of this product, there may be a residual overhang of laminate attached to edges or excess laminate not bonded close to the selvedge. This should not affect the overall use of this fabric and should simply be removed and discarded prior to use.

PLEASE ALLOW AND UNDERSTAND that there may be variations in ink colours between print runs. This is something that may happen, as our fabric is printed to order each time. As we do try to minimize this occurring, it is out of our control. This is not seen as a fabric fault and will not be considered as such.
