Postage and Processing Times
Processing times for all orders are 3-5 business days.
Most of the year, we pack and send orders daily, so as long as your orders are in by lunch time, they should be processed and sent that day. We will generally post on socials if we are away or if there will be any delays in your orders being sent.
For convenience and reliability we use Australia Post to ship our orders. If Australia Post options are not a suitable option for your order (larger orders in excess of 10kg) and you require shipping via sendle or a courier, we are happy to provide parcel specifications for you to organise your own shipping. Postage labels will need to be supplied and a suitable pick up time organised with us. Please be in touch prior to ordering to discuss this as an option if you need.
Postage Costs
We use My Post business so all postage costs are based on the weight/size of your order.
500g - standard $10.60 / express $14.10
1kg - standard $14.50 / express $18.50
3kg - standard $18.25 / express $22.75
5kg - standard $ 21.95 / express $29.95

Prices for parcels over 5kg in rural areas increases dramatically with Australia Post. Contact us to discuss postage quotes or options.
Signature on delivery is also available at the checkout. If this option does not come up, please contact us to organise adding it for you.
Parcel insurance is not added automatically to your parcel. If you would like to purchase insurance on your parcel through Australia Post, contact us to discuss a quote.
Lost or delayed Parcels
Delays in postage are not something that we can predict or prevent. Please refer to auspost.com.au to review their estimate postage times. Current time frames given as a DOMESTIC POSTAGE GUIDE ONLY -
Standard - normally 4-8 business days
Express -normally 2-4 business days
If you are experiencing delays outside postage time frames provided by Australia Post, contact auspost.com.au with the tracking number you have been provided and request a review. If there is no outcome or information provided, ask to lodge an investigation to get things moving. If you have no luck resolving postage issues yourself, contact us at info@noosafabricco.com.au to follow things up for you.
Damaged parcels
If there is an issue with how your parcel arrives to you, kindly take a photo of your parcel and contact us to resolve the issue for/with you.
Splitting Orders
We do not automatically split orders. If orders placed, contain fabric from both pre-order and retail stock, retail stock will be held over until the pre-order arrives and is processed to be sent together. If you require your retail stock to be sent prior, please place orders separately.
International Shipping
We organise international shipping through Australia Post. Due to delays caused by Covid, we are currently upgrading international shipping to express (where possible) to avoid any unwanted delays.
NFCO. is not responsible for collecting or calculating taxes or duties that may be incurred on arrival of your parcel. Please enquire about these to your receiving postal service prior to ordering.
